How to remove yourself from Epsilon
Epsilon is a marketing data broker: it builds profiles about people and sells them to advertisers and other companies. Here's how to opt out yourself.
- Method
- Email request

Step by step
- 1
Find the privacy or "Do not sell" contact on epsilon.com. It's usually linked from their privacy policy at the bottom of the home page.
- 2
Send a request asking them to delete your personal information and to stop selling or sharing it. Include your full name, current address and the email you want covered.
- 3
If you live in a state with a privacy law (California, Colorado, Virginia and others), say you're making the request under that law. They then have a deadline to answer.
- 4
Keep the reply. Some brokers ask you to confirm by email before they act.
- 5
Check again in a few months: marketing lists are rebuilt from new sources.
One site is never the whole story
Brokers buy from and copy each other, so the same listing usually shows up on several sites, and removed ones often come back months later. Check the other sites we cover too.
